We try to read to Jasper before bed every night, but sometimes (usually) he gets stuck with a story for Odin if there is just one parent to put both boys to bed or if it's getting late or if Odin just wants Mommy to read a story to him at the same time that I'm putting Jasper to bed.
Despite the disruptions, Jasper seems to have a few favorite books, especially books where he can touch and find things.
He loves the cape on the cover of Superhero Me, and will turn back to the front of the book while I try to turn the page forward to keep reading. He likes the tufty ears and fuzzy tongue in That's Not My Dragon and the Donkey and Cow in What Do You Say. He's also gotten very good at lifting the flaps in Where is Baby's Mommy and is starting to really enjoy the whole genre of Peek a Book books.
