We switched things around at the dinner table so that Jasper sits next to me in his booster seat and Odin sits next to Chad. While Jasper is still working on his verbal communication skills, he's definitely got many non-verbal communication methods down pat and is adding more all the time. Now that he sits closer to me, he's realized he can reach out a pull on my sleeve to get my attention. The other day at dinner, he had a puff in one hand, pulled on my sleeve with the other, and when I looked over at him to see what he needed he held out his puff towards my face. I pretended to eat it and he giggled, thinking it was the best funniest thing at dinner yet. So sweet that my 9 month old is already such a good sharer.
Now if he would just make sure his hand is clean before he tugs on my clothes, it would be even better!
